And then you have to have a poster to tell you what is RIGHT way to cover the team, even though it has scored 9 points in the first two games.

I am not taking up for the athletic department, I am simply saying that this might be the start of the whole place getting cleaned out which I hope happens. I think it is time to get some new blood in there starting with Mr. Mustache getting the boot.

By the way, if anybody cares, we are on pace to rack up 54 points for the season.

Exactly what you'd expect a narc to say.

Scott Secules always seemed like a nice guy.
I wish they could have found another position for him.
We will miss him stopping by our BLVD tent for sure.
Best of luck to a good guy.

The way supposed "fans" mock OUR school is unreal.
I really wish recruits wouldn't read 99 percent of the threads on this board.

Yes, this is our biggest problem. We are recruiting players who can read.

We lose recruits when we get the crap beat out of us by North Texas, not by what is said on this board.

I knew it wouldn't take long for those responses. You're right - winning cures most ailments. However, if you're a HS senior and you're considering a few teams that are fairly similar in exposure, wins and losses, academic requirements, etc., wouldn't you be inclined not to sign with a school whose fans rip their team all day? I know, there are no recruits who sign with a school solely because of what is or isn't written on boards like this. But this incessant mockery of our own team is pathetic.

I think his brother, The Noid, got him a job with Domino's.

Kids being recruited by this school have no idea this board exists or care what all the old farts have to say anyway. From the football side, they are looking at their chances of going to a bowl game and the possibility of making it to the NFL. There is obviously other variables when it comes to the academic side.
