Amen brother. I've only been able to find one BBQ joint in Orlando that serves good beef brisket: http://www.cecilsbbq.com/. They have Texas memorabilia lining the walls, including an SMU pennant. My favorite BBQ joint in town.

Quick question, does anyone remember us throwing a wide receiver screen against Marshall. The one play I liked was when Willis threw to Dorsey down the far sideline for about 20 yards that set up the field goal to end the first half.

I thought that was well designed.

If you need a BBQ recommendation in GNC, try Parker's. I know Texans prefer the beef variety (and it's da#n good), but you gotta be ready for pork here. As an NC native and SMU fan (currently back in NC), I wrestle with the BBQ dilemma constantly.

If you're coming, fly direct to RDU ... and take time to visit Chapel Hill, Duke and NCSU ... all within 30 minutes of one another and a short 90 minute drive to GNC.

Any of y'all remember John Montgomery and Matt Terrell who used to work at SMU? They're both at Chapel Hill now ... and I would think they would be happy to show you around (especially since their team plays Thursday night). Look 'em up at the Rams Club.

I actually remember quite a few bubble screens playing marshal. Our first touchdown drive featured a bubble screen on 3rd and 7 or so.

Having spent three years in southern Virginia at law school, I have grown fond of Carolina barbecue if properly prepared. When in Carolina, I always search out a shack for some tasty pig to pick. I have even mastered the technique of cooking a whole pig, Carolina style. (See, those three years of law school weren't just for learning the law). On the CUSA website, I did put out the question for places to go, and Parkers got mixed reviews.
