Everyone should just join me and raplh for drinks at the bar Friday. They also have very good food.

raplh is in Austin for work on Friday and I am flying back with him. We should be at the hotel around 4. Since Muffie will not be there and Raplh is married I will have to find my own girl.

MM1973..don't you have to fill up those little "flyer boxes" today, or some such real easte broker activity??

pfffttt...flyer boxes are a waste of time...and I'm taking care of the real estate biz...thank you very much...have you asked blog, jtstang and Stallion if they're doing some kind of law work today? ;)

I just got into a fight with a broker and called him a really bad name - MM65.

Well this guy is trying to get more money from us even after the property closed and the deal funded.

This was a broker on 300 acres we bought in San Antonio. I did all the work and he feels a certain entitlement that is unjustified.

Did you sign anything with the broker indicating that he represented you? Or was he the seller's representative?
