Acceptance of Altman by the fan base went up many times over when that announcement was made.

Who do you think will take the Kentucky job?

If Donovan then who takes the Fla opening?

There has yet to be a satisfactory explanation of why Donovan would leave FL. NBA maybe, but not for another college.
The donkey's name is Kiki.

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

After all of their hedging, I would not be surprised with either Gillispie or Calapari going to Kentucky. But, Donovan may just want the challenge. I would stay at Florida if I were Donovan.

I agree. Build a legacy, not chase one. Alternatively, the NBA for the dollar$ (but not for tenure).

BCG is obviously keeping his options open. He may never be in a better position. At this time I would say that he definitely takes the Kentucky job if offered, maybe even the Florida job but I think they would probably go for more of an east coast type. Interestingly Barnes name is also being thrown out so this could get good but I don't see UT letting him get away.

I goto a few hog games every year. It is going to be a shock to my system not to see a well dressed pimp in the coaching seat, as i only have seen nolan and heath.

darian townes is a punk, but i would love it if he transfered here. (hes not)

So much for Altman staying at Arkansas.

Didn't Steve Martin star in this movie?

This is going to be fun as long as they do not come after Doherty.

I thought the same thing. Then again, what happened with Altman sounds a lot like what we all hope would happen if someone tries to pluck Doherty.

Altman: Honey, got a new job! Great job! BCS! Big time!
Altman's wife: Wonderful! Where is it?
Altman: Arkansas!
Altman's wife: Honey, speak up there's a bad connection. It sounded like you said Arkansas.
Altman: I did say Arkansas.
Altman's wife: I don't think so. What's the name of the airport down there? I'm calling Happy Farnsworth, and I'm sending BlueJay One down there to bring your [deleted] back to Omaha.

maybe not cool, but if you ever saw nolan and his flashy dress-style, you would agree that seeing merv the perv on the sidelines would be a mind-blower. The hogs may NOT have the Doh.

Funny you say that. The Razorback posters were all talking about how hot she looked at the press conference and that she just did not seem to fit it with the surroundings.

This is also humerous in that everyone here was talking about Broyles making a rash, quick decision so he could get to the Masters. Now they had to send a jet to Augusta to get him and take him back to Fayettville.

I know masters dudes are old and wrinklely (and most can't play golf anymore) but I would def be there this week regardless of what the situation was. I had some family members work at Stephens back in the day, and I loved hearing from them and getting the hats and shirts and all that masters loot. Broyles was doing too much though.
go smu.
