Seau might well retire since he's 156 years old and snapped his wrist almost off his arm last year.

u guys are right, those are some old linebackers who will be replaced one day. i agree that this may be the perfect place for justin to go to because they do run a 3-4 where they need a lot of linebackers. i just had a class with him the other day and today he got drafted by the new england patriots, pretty cool stuff and hopefully a sign for things to come for this program

"This is the kind player of player New England likes. At SMU’s Pro Day, which was held the day after the Combine ended, he worked out very good in the drills they put him through where he had to play in space. This is probably the first SMU player who has been drafted in years;
it goes to show you that the program is on an upswing. He has 4.79 speed."

What a potentially great story. Imagine my surprise when I am sitting there, mindlessly watching the draft, the Pats are on the clock...current selection pops up, and its....Justin Rogers DE/SMU. I almost crapped myself! What an accomplishment for this program.

More analysis...from Pete Fiutak, CollegeFootballNews.com
180. New England (from Arizona) — Justin Rogers, DE SMU: An excellent speed rusher with good moves and nice size on the outside. He's not going to do much against the run and he needs to keep working to become a more complete player, but he's a late-round risk worth taking as a possible pass rushing specialist.

I wish the best of luck to you Justin. I know you can easily make that team. Its all about busting butt on special teams then grabing that roster spot. I know you'll be a patroit come seasons start.
And have lots of fun playing with Randy Moss. If he offers you one of his Juices dont take it. I heard they taste like Sh!!!t
