I'd have to agree. I don't know how the Owls got lost going from Houston to New Orleans, but they sure did. You'd think it'd be easy to follow I-10 east across southern Louisiana.

Someone over-starch your collar?

That's was UH's worst game of the season? I'd think a mere 20 point win over a 3-8 I-AA from a conference that has never won a I-AA playoff game would deemed even worse.

Houston won CUSA west and won the conference title game. They were the class of the league. They won by 1 over Rice who got routed by the Sun Belt champion and lost to the Sun Belt's fifth best team.

Not touting that as a banner win but if you think there is some vast difference between the level of play in the Sun Belt and CUSA you are deluded. Sun Belt came out 4-3 against CUSA last year.

The ride over is easy. The hard part is staying sober once you get to southern Louisiana.

Did I say there was a vast chasm between C-USA and Sun Belt? No. I don't think there is huge talent gap between ANY of the 5 non-BCS conferences. You have to be deluded yourself if you think ULaLa's victory over UH was anything more than a fluke.

There is so much parity in C-USA that almost anyone can get a win over another team any given day (especially in the C-USA West last year).

We all know quite well that Rice got routed in New Orleans by Troy. No one is demeaning that victory. Now get your undies out of a bunch.

This is all nice and good but Sun Belt is 0-2 against CUSA so far this year. And once in at a Sun Belt home and once at a CUSA Home.

And regarding your questions about Houston, you failed to mention that they beat us by a couple of touchdowns and we made you look like a JV highschool team 55-9. Familiar with the statement "Any Given Sunday" same applies to Saturdays.

They missed the exit in Baton Rouge, continued on I-12, and headed right on into Mississippi.

Troy 41 Okie St 23

What is that (for those keeping score) one win each for CUSA and SBC against BCS schools this year?

We need a win tonight on the road against a team from that "most inept conference" Hope we are good enough to win on the road

Troy beat Oklahoma State
FAU beat Minnesota
ASU beat SMU

Its these kind of threads that make fans of conferences (The CUSA of all conferences) look like bastards.

Where do you get off calling another conference inept.

Hope you enjoyed tonight.

They are inept genius. We were just 17 points more inept.
