not quite the caliber of the UTEP game, but another high scoring back and forth duel between two pretty evenly matched teams

SMU wins because I will have to miss the game for a wedding. But having predicted a SMU win, I have just jinxed the Mustangs and we lose a close one. How is that for a factless prognostication.

I'd say my pre-game prediction was right on the money. I've gone with the JT approach of "no expectations" as to wins/losses, but at least these games are entertaining

After watching the opener against TTech on TV, I had a feeling when I flew in for the UNT game that our best chance to win a game this year was that one. I have no expectation of any additional wins this year, but at least these guys are fighting to the end
