What a pantload. Their idea of "customer service" is to return a coach's phone call about 3 months after new shoes (or whatever) are needed. They should have been fired years ago. From what I hear, the coaches are almost uncomfortable and unsure of how to behave around the adidas folks, because they're getting treated exactly the same as the big-dollar adidas programs (Tennessee, etc.) get treated. The folks at adidas actually treat their schools - all of them - like valued customers. Nike could care less about almost any school other than Texas and, of course, Oregon.

Surely there is some defense to this alleged lawsuit given the horrific nature of most nike-issued uniforms.

Who is in charge of designing uniforms for teams by the way? Head coach? AD? Marketing guy? Nike/Adidas/Reebok?

I think for lower level teams like us the supplier gives us a choice of a few template designs. That's why many teams have basically the same uniforms, just in different colors.

For the bigger clients (Michigan, UT, etc. ) they will have their own completely unique design.
