Classic trap game.

UH beat Louisville the week after canning our coach earlier this decade. Anything is possible.
Our special teams have a way of keeping game close for some reason.

I wouldn't worry if I were Houston. SMU will lose by 1 point in the last 30 seconds of the game. If we're lucky, it'll go into overtime; actually, no, we better go for the win during regulation. OT = death wish.

You mean GONEAWAY?

SMU plus 19

The odds makers have SMU at about plus 19 points. That is a wide margin to cover for any team. Me thinks the ponies may pull a TCU/Pat Sullivan rebound after firing on somebody soon. Could be Houston.

Are you speaking from the perspecive of one of our linebackers?

That will probably be more of Alridge-a-derchi.

We led most of the game last year and beat you the year before. Don't act like this is Hebron High versus the Indianapolis Colts.

With the way our boys are playing, we are going to need a miricle to beat Houstan. And if we do go into overtime, we can pretty much flush another possiblity of a win down the toliet.

Well there IS always the other possibility that you have more points than the other team when time expires and therefore don't have to go into overtime to win.

That would require our boys to be sure the defense holds through out the whole game AND our offense has been playing well too.
Neither side can both seem to come together at the same time.

I say we definitely win this game. The team won't rally for Bennett, they will simply play to their capability now that they are guaranteed to get a Real coach next season.
