5 minutes after his THIRD(or FOURTH fumble) he was carrying the ball with one hand in traffic over and over. Are you telling me that Justin Willis doesn't know how the carry a football? Are you really going to blame Coaching for Justin's inability to hold the football? Coach Curry didn't seem to have a problem identifying that as poor technique but apparently there is an excuse for every mistake. I'm sure we'll get to hear it about 5 more times this year.

Even more reason to carry the ball with two hands when scrambling. Is he not smart enough to know that?

Behind the line of scrimmage he is still thinking throw, if you know, running is not his first option. When he breaks the line of scrimmage, yes he needs to tuck it, and he knows that. I think it is instinctive (spelling). Kind of like some of the post I read, people just instinctively [deleted]!

First of all [deleted] coach Curry. We see where he was sitting, and there is a reason for that! Now, traffic behind the line of scrimmage or beyond. He is still thinking about throwing behind the line of scrimmage. That is what QB's do? Beyond the line of scrimmage yes he needs to tuck it. He told me that the first fumble, when the safety ripped it out, he recovered but he did not have enough hand strength at the bottom of the pile to hold on. And yes, I believe coaching can help the fumbling. It helped Barber, before it almost ended his career. Just telling him to stop fumbling aint gonna do it. He is play ground player. Nobody tucks the ball on the play ground. But it is time for him to change that flaw. But this is a minor issue, compared to what we have to do here.

I protect these players and coaches (whoever the coach is)who bust their butts day in and day out while most of you work maybe 8 hrs a day and complain about that, and have the nerve to question something you know nothing about. Find out the facts before you post something about somebody, or just post the usual cartoon crap that usually gets on this board.

Fact 1: Willis fumbled four times last game.
Fact 2: Willis carries the ball like a loaf of bread.

Opinion: Fact 1 is a direct result of Fact 2.

You can coach in the ACC and SEC. Those coaches run a business, not coach. Ask the assistants at UT. Mac Brown worst coach in the country, good business man. PB had succuess in the big 12 as an assistant, so what is your point? Is he coaching now, and why not? Find that info, since it was easy for you to find the coach of the year crap.

Best thing to improve Willis' coachability would be to have a stong, competitive second string quarterback!

Curry specifically said that JW's handling of the ball was a coaching issue. Curry said that the job of a coach is to help the player correct mistakes on the practice field so that those mistakes are not made during game time. I heard that in real time during the game; I also heard it again when I reviewed the tape of the game.

Fact 3. Thank God we have him, else this program would be defunct, and you would really have something to post about.

Fact 4. 19-35 (or something) 351 and 3 TD's.

Fact 5. Leading rusher on the team.

Fact 6. Those who can do and those who can't post [deleted].

When you see JWill, just tell him thank you for keeping us on the map.

My vision is fine 2112. No need to post in bold. Goofball? How old are you 12 or something. Come up with something better than goofball.
