Houston McNutt for about 5 years, he bolts to a Big 12 school, we bring in SMU ex and current Les Miles LSU staffer, Brad Peveto...I heard this is a done deal, good source, came right out of the AD's office, yesterday, from a sec. who saw a bunch of faxes.....Orsini likes to have long range plans....welcome to the family Coach McNutt.

I hope your best information is coming from inside the SMU athletic department than from outside the SMU athletic department because that's the only way you're really going to get a read on this story.
If you're going off of stuff from the outside, then I'm not interested.

a few answers
1)This is a message board where you are supposed to report this kind of stuff. I could care less about looking cool to a bunch of people I will prob never meet on a message board. I have some excellent sources and I'm trying to share what I can with the last remaining people who care about SMU football.
2)It is not a OC from Missouri, a DC from Kansas, or special teams assistant/strength coach from Plano East hire. It is very much like coach D in basketball
3)Will be announced after the season out of respect to Bennett

Keep posting Dwan. Your posts have been consistent. I hope your sources are deep on the inside. TWSS.
I have faith this is going to be a wow hire.
Having said that, I did see George O'Leary moments ago coming out of El Fenix on Northwest Highway sporting a black sequined (sp?)patterned sombrero. He was eating a burrito (which he hurled at a guy in the parking lot who was taunting him about his resume)
