Don't let the arkansas thing fool you. Nutt will be out of a job and he has supposedly been propositioned. He may yet take the SMU job. Contrary to waht some are reporting the position has not been filled yet.

Way to stay on top of it Mr. Sports and entertainment industry guy. ESPN broke the story that Nutt was out on its college web site on Friday.

You're only 40 hours behind!

Hey Idiot - I'm talking about Nutt's denial of the rumors just today, Stupid.

Then mean what you write and write what you mean. After all, you're in the communication industry, aren't you?

Sorry you don't like what I have to say but I will not stop saying it as long as there are people blowing smoke up your skirts about the coaching search. Nutt to SMU - who knows? But I was told that the offer has been extended? Would you rather not know? Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I'm really not concerned about the names going on there. People like you just like to fan the flames. I'll have a reaction when there's a press conference. Nitwits like you get all geeked up about this stuff.

I can tell you this, the three words foreign to your vocabulary are "I-DON'T-KNOW". You would never dare utter them.

But if you're really going to break this story, you're going to have to get from inside SMU and not outside.

Thanks for stopping by.

I understand that you don't believe what I have to say. I get that. I have a lower post count than you. I truly don't care. But you of all people have about the lowest amount of credibility of anyone on this board. Just look at your own record contained in your own super fantastic post count. Contradiction after contradiction. The irony. What an insecure little mental midget.

You are the pathetic little geek that visits this board on a daily basis only to call out posters for engaging in the same speculation and conjecture that you yourself engage in. Easy enough to go back and look at all your posts filled with giddyness about the coaching search. You even speculate about Spurrier coming to the Hilltop ( ). Oh but I'm one of the nitwits as you call us that are getting so geeked up.

Oh, and guess what - I DON'T KNOW who will be the next coach. Your wrong again. I am willing to admit it. But I sure do know a lot more about this search and football than you do.

Go ahead and lash out in typical fashion - grrrr. Silly little man hiding behind a picture of General Patton lashing out on a message board. You're just screaming for someone to respect you aren't you? The irony.

Thanks for stopping by poster boy.

Nutt is not in the SMU equation.

Whatever you say pal. You're no different than the rest of us. You're using a pseudo name and lashing out the same dribble as we are. Get over yourself your fraud.

As for the Spurrier thing, ever heard of tongue-in-cheek?

And as for you knowing a lot about this search, good for you. I don't know anything about what's going on. Sure, it's fun to read and participate to a certain scale.

But do a little more digging, and you'll notice I haven't said, "I have this source who says this.''

You get on this board because you want to make some mark here and forward some agenda that only you know about. There's a reason you log on. There's a reason you want to participate in the discussion on the new coach.

There's a reason you came back on to see how I responded to your latest entry.

And another thing about the media people, they always like to portray themselves as the ones who always are smarter than the rest of us becuase they view us all with some education level that sits around junior high. They have blatant disregard for our intelligence.

What makes it worse is that you have guys like the Keeper of the Star who will carry your books to school because they suck up to you. That's all that is.

You guys always talk down to the masses because that's what you're trained do. I'm just wondering if any of you would have an original thought if the prompter was turned off.

Just like you were wrong about the UTEP game and how we were prepared for the onside kick (and we weren't) and how that mistake influenced the game.

Glad to see narcissism isn't lost on you.

While you're at it, would like you to name where I was wrong on the topics. We're waiting.

I have to believe there is no way you would know what the level of interest is in the SMU job or whether any offers have been made unless you are a part of a very small inner circle around Orsini. Somehow I doubt that is the case. Also I doubt anyone in that position would be shooting his mouth off on ponyfans. No offense, but you are full of it.
