Actually the better movie analogy would be Kill Bill where she wakes up from her coma only to find that the orderly has been pimping her out. She kills the customer, kills the orderly and then goes to the car and says first things first, wiggle your big toe. We've been in a coma for 20 years, now we have to start by wiggling our big toe (by hiring a Big name). Then we can go on a rampage of orgiastic proportions.
