what kind of an idiot cares how a team wins? a win is a win my friend. i don't care if smu ever throws the ball again as long as we are winning- and anyone who is a real smu fan would agree.

I don't think any SMU fan cares how the ball gets in the endzone, as long as it happens more often than the other team. Beggars cannot be chosers. We need a coach that can win.

Now that depends on how many fieldgoals and safety's we give up. I wouldn't mark anything as an impossible way to lose for us right now.

The Dickersons, the James, Herschell Walker, Tailback U at USC and just about every great running back in the last 30 years wanted to go to a school that spotlights his talent not run a veer bone where he gets 10-12 carries a game. PKs cpmparison to the Pony Express is invalid because recruits were attracked to SMU because the offense spotlighted them. Better get used to that fact if Johnson gets the Job.

Do you know how we got Craig James to come here? It ultimately had nothing to do with football!

Do you? Yes I was in the program at the time. It was his Girlfriend not cheating.

for the 1,000th time, why would PJ have to run veerbone here? Do a little research and you'll see that he changes his offense based on his personnel.

I dont really hate you, but no more talking about the Phi life unless you include notes about yachting, jet-setting, or otherwise absurd indulgences in life. It's how Phis roll

Stallion's computer only has access to 3 websites (Ponyfans, Rivals and Menlovemen.com). Kinda hard to do research other than how many stars a recruit has.

Why did Dickerson and James both come to SMU when they knew they would be sharing time and spotlight? Seems to me they were sold on coming by the recruiting, not the offense being run.

It is pretty obvious to anyone why Navy rarely throws the ball. Their qb is a horrendous passer and he displayed that to all today.

Because the I-Formation Spotlights the TB and allows about 60 carries from the position every game and every great Tailback thinks he'll be the Man anyway. Both Dickerson and James won State Championships their Senior Year running in an I Formation.
