I, too, build custom pieces of real estate, so I figured another construction analogy couldnt hurt.

In my business, we punch as we go. Bennett would have, and with no personal feelings, been relieved after 2003. Going winless is like sending a painter in before the baseboards are down. And 2006 was a decent example of have a good painter and landscaper make the project look pretty, but get behind the studs and you'll see the debris interwoven into insulation.

A "remodeler's dream" is actually a great way to view it. No remodel is impossible, just bring a checkbook

But even the debris does the job, but it might stink a bit after awhile depending on the debris.
