We have a great coach, a great athletic director, and great facilities......do you?

1. Dan Morrioson -- he's just JJ's puppet.
2. Wes Suan -- Who? Didn't even know he was on the staff for the past nine years. What position did he coach?
Aww, shaux -- guess you won't be able to get Jeff Reinbold who Rivals.com ranked him as one of the Top 25 recruiters in the nation baby!
Or coach Mac -- the leader of the D who coached at The U with Ray Lewis, The Rock, and company.
And, other stints in the NFL!
Enjoy Dan Morrison, and Wes Suan.
Last I looked, Skippy, unless Mac doesn't want to come back to Texas, SMU is getting him. As for Reingold, would love to have him...and if he is foolish enough to turn down the coin being pushed his way, then that his own deal. Mahalo on down the road, troll.

One WAC championship? For god's sake, give him credit for what he did at your toilet school. He won two there, which is remarkable considering the miniscule (look it up) budget and recruiting pool, the prehistoric facilities, etc.

Unfortunately there are reports that McMackin is interested in the Head Coaching Job at UH. Here is a recent news report.
I hope they hire someone else and McMackin comes to SMU. We need him.

Considering how inept the entire UH athletic program was regarding keeping JJ....I have no doubt they will screw up with Mac as well.

We're sorry you lost your job because you are, well, an idiot, but shouldn't you be packing up your stuff and catching the next flight to the mainland instead of pouting on our boards. I fear your life is in danger if you stay on the islands much longer. In case you missed it, you are the only person on the islands that apparently didn't want to retain the services of Mr. Jones. Please don't continue in this downward spiral by making another terrible decision. There are plenty of other jobs that you might be qualified to handle if you look hard enough. Good luck and thanks for all of your help!

Dan Morrison is the Quarterback's coach right? He coached Colt Brennan and Timmy Chang.
Even if he is a puppet (which of course he is not - sour grapes agogo) I don't think I've loved a puppet so much since Kermit.

Sorry, I guess all programs have its jerks. Hope Mac stays with us. I'm sure June will find a good DC. His has a lot of contacts and many of them would rather be at SMU with higher pay and better facilities than stuck in the middle of the ocean with lower pay and worse facilities. Don't get me wrong, I love it here. I grew up in Memphis and went to school in Houston but was born here and it still took time to get adjusted to living on a "rock." I got used to driving, and not around in circles.
