I think that used to be Garmo's or Garma's, the easiest place for an underage student to drink, with or without an ID. When it was Garmo's it was quite dangerous down there!

I used to joke that if a bomb were dropped on SMU during a big event where big alums and donors were present, say a Board of Trustees meeting or a Tate Lecture Series event, one realistically could see the loss of half the wealth in Texas. What's even more telling about that statement...it isn't hyperbole.

My contribution probably could have covered dinner...for one of those at the table...and if they accept rolled coins.

Steak and Tex-Mex (or Mex-Tex). That's what out-of-state guests almost always want to get here.

Thanks. Can I borrow your steak knife?

I would have loved to watch that game with them. Or at least with Steve-O and Coach Jones.

Gentlemen, thanks to each one of you. We all owe you a debt of gratitude that we never will be able to repay .... figuratively or literally.

Well Dan only has me to thank for his success in life, as I was his pledge trainer and obviously had a very profound impact on him.

I really wish we had one in Orlando. Mi Cocina and Jack's Burger House are the two places I miss the most.

Were? Did they resign from the fraternity? Did they send their pins back to the NHQ? One of my pet peeves...if you're in a fraternity (or sorority), it's for LIFE!...unless you get black-balled or turn in your pin, for whatever reason.
