I really hope that Jwill comes into spring ball ready to compete and battle for his job because JJ has no loyalty to the current starters and this is the opportunity for a freshman/transfer (craft???) to take the job.

If Willis isn't forced to make 10 superhuman plays per game in order to keep the team in it, he won'tbe coughing up the ball as much. But either way it will be interesting to have a real battle at the position in the off season.

Great point. I can't wait to see how much our players improve this year. I have high hopes that Coach Jones can do great things.

I think if Willis focuses on:

a) Bringing the football in to his body when scrambling
b) Getting the ball out a little quicker
c) Improving his decision making (e.g. if you're going to run, then run, don't dance around)

Then he becomes a stellar QB for us. All of this I think will be improved with better coaching, and some competition for the starting job. Personally, I think he has it in him to do it.
