Stallion - Confirmed By Rivals-wonder why the Utah offer isn't shown. In fact, he is is in the unusal position of being shown as a commitment to both Utah and SMU at the same time.
Where is this? I can't find it on Rivals. They still show him committed to Utah.
Aledo Bearcats quarterback Cole Loftin is not the biggest or fastest player on the roster, but he was certainly the most productive during the 2007 season, making him the 2007 Weatherford Democrat All-Parker County Team MVP.
The senior quarterback did most of his damage with his legs, gaining 1,559 yards on 209 attempts with 21 touchdowns. Loftin averaged 7.46 yards per carry and 111.4 yards per game. He also made plays with his arm.
Loftin completed 78-of-128 pass attempts for 1,157 yards with 12 touchdowns and just two interceptions.
When Loftin was running or throwing the ball on offense, he was catching it. Loftin hauled in 14 passes for 327 yards and three touchdowns.
He also found time to help out on defense and special teams.
Loftin recorded 17 tackles and grabbed four interceptions on defense. He also recorded eight punt returns for 147 yards and a touchdown and eight kick returns for 114 yards.
opps check that-I must have been looking at Cole Beasley who was offered by Air Force. Never mind!
Check 2-OK the way you find it is to look at the SMU Rivals message board that has a link to TexasPrepxtra -a Rivals site. It says he has committed to SMU-but its not on the Commitment List at MustangManiacs.com
