It uses a refrigerant, not water. We were all wrong!

It actually works much in the same fashion as a nuclear reactor, except the nuke relies on nuclear fusion to produce the heat.

More like a refrigerator running backwards. Takes heat from a high-temp environment to vaporize a refrigerant which is run through a turbine to generate energy. The refrigerant is then condensed and pumped so it can start all over again. Simple thermodynamics. Smart idea.
