I know you guys have an inferiority complex when it comes to North Texas, but this is the first time I've seen someone admit they have no chance of winning. C'mon Nacho, don't get so down on the ponies.. I know the phonies aren't what they used to be since the payroll was reduced but hey, they did manage to win last year. Keep your chins up.

By no-win I mean that if we win it's not a big deal but if we lose it is.

I am willing to wager a large sum that aggy backs out of the 2012 game in Dallas because they just signed a deal to play the Hogs at Jerry World.

It's coming along. HKS Inc has been hired for the architectural and design services.

Having HKS do a basic design so that UNT can realize they can't afford it is NOT "coming along".

I think even Bennett can attest that it actually is a one win situation.

Forget about "no-win" situations. Its a win for revenue, expenses, attendance, marketing in DFW, we get to see a extra game in DFW. Look if you afraid of getting beaten by NTSU then you probably suck anyway and likely find it hard to find a pillow case you could handle. Really getting tired of so many SMU fans thinking small-time(ex. afraid to play NTSU, worried about how we can back into the Weed Eater Bowl with a 6-6 record rather than playing Hawaii and ending up 6-7).

I would have said that too 5 years ago, but considering that we've started scheduling I-AA opponents every year, I'd rather play UNT.

Was worried you might go a full 24 hours without finding something negative to point out. Thanks for living up to your standards.

Good point. Last year was a total disaster, and we still beat North Texas State Vocational School.

Yeah. Of all the I-AA teams we could play, NTSU is the best choice.

For more details on just how much a disaster, let's throw it to jtstang for an approximation as to how many yards were given up by our D in the first quarter....jt?
