I mentioned this several weeks ago, that a blunder in the scheduling by the previous regime, would cause us to skip 2009 with Tech.

I won't miss the Mustangs playing the Red Raiders for a year. Not one bit.

so that means two straight trips to Lubbock before the teams return to Dallas-Right? or did they alternate.

we just lost a sell-out at home, regardless of who's buying tickets.

We go there in 2008 and 2010, before returning to Dallas in 2011. At least that's the way I hear it. Thanks Copeland.

well expect us to drop Texas A&M in 2011 because I seriously doubt SMU will be willing to play Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Baylor and TCU in 2011. But Hey if we run the table we should get a bid the COTTON BOWL

Well, who knows what will happen in the future, but I asked Orsini that very question last season, and he said he wanted to play them, because we should be very competitive by then.

i doubt we'll be the ones dropping them considering they now have a premiere game in dallas to recruit top area athletes. my guess it's the other way around

I guess SMU's dropped game paved the way for a 1:1 series with UH. The Coogs host TT in 2009 at Robertson and play in Lubbock in 2010.

What's wrong with that schedule? By 2011, that should be two sure wins and two competitive games.

hey I don't mind the schedule-just don't believe SMU will play it. SMU is going to have to drastically improve recruiting to be competitive with those teams.
