me as well. I have definitely cut back on my smoking, only about 2 or 3 cigs a day but i might as well make it none since I dont really have the cravings of smoking a cig every hour

After smoking for 40 years, I kicked the cigarette habit on March 15, 2007. The first 2 days are hell, the next 2 weeks are tuff, the next 2 months are miserable, but then life is good and well worth the effort.

It takes a good 6 months before you realize how bad you felt.

They say that dippin kills your sex drive over time. Now is the time to quit or stock up on those little blue pills.

I fell off the wagon this past weekend after SMU's loss to Rice. Smoked half a pack on Saturday in Houston while at a karaoke bar on the northside of town.

That's a bit more information than we needed to know. Envisioning MM65 in a karaoke bar is well disturbing.

Ex18 - Keep it up. I'm two months dip free and feel much better without it. Am tired of chewing seeds.

I quit smoking almost a year ago and haven't had a cigarette since. I'm so happy about it but its something that i am still fighting. I'll get a craving about a couple times a week. Your hunting trips will be a big test and if you can get through that then you've really turned a corner. It took me awhile before I could go out to bars again but since I quit smoking I have been through many stresful situations and as long as you can make it through those first few times then its gets easier. But you'll still have to fight it from time to time. Good luck to you, sir.

I havent had a smoke in almost 2 weeks. Almost had one last night after the game but i resisted the urge.

I might end up breaking it though once the Tech game starts

unfortunately not. went out with friends after the tcu game and had about 6 of them that night/morning. and I also had one earlier today after work.

went a good 3 and a half, 4 weeks without a smoke but after a few drinks the urge came back on saturday.
