Im sure that the majority of gays would rather just live amongst the straight students in normal dorms. And the other half probably isnt ready to live in the all gay dorm and let everyone know they are gay at the age of 18. ( i am just assuming a lot of gays right out of high school havnt come out yet) This is dumb.
My ex girlfriend went to TCU and got put in the international dorm since there was no other rooms left. Wouldnt that be akward if straight guys get put in the gay dorm cause there is no room left elsewhere? Thats how incidents start...

Maybe the next step is to make the gay students wear pink triangles on their clothes so that you can identify which ones they are.
/Agreed, this is a bad idea

Which Church of Christ denomination are they affiliated with the Obama one or the really conservative one that doesn't allow musical instruments in Church? Or are they unaffiliated? And how many people will volunteer to live in that dorm?
It is not a denomination of the Church of Christ, but instead, is the Disciples of Christ christian denomination. This is the church Ronald Regan was a member, not O'Bama.
I attended many church services where I sat next to and frequently spoke with then Governor Ronald Reagan and wife Nancy near his home in Southern California. He attended the Bel Air Presbyterian Church on Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles over looking the San Fernando Valley. I believe he and Nancy may have even been charter members of this church which was very influential in Los Angeles area. The congregation had a large membership of power people including Hollywood celebrities as: the late Steve Allen, wife Audrey Meadows, Carol O"Connor to name a few that I recall. The minister at that time was Dr. Donn Moomaw a former UCLA All-America football player and first round pick of the LA Rams who chose the ministry over football. I recall that Dr. Moomaw also performed his first Presidential swearing in ceremony and possibly his second and a minister from this church also handled his funeral. Not sure where you are getting the Deciples of Christ denomination information.

I played golf today with a TCU alum who I had never met before. I asked him what he thought of his school having a gay dorm. He is very unhappy and very disappointed that they have decided to do this. He thinks that a lot of big alums will stop giving because of this. I could not resist the rest of the day abusing him about this because it bothered him so much. Thought that was the least that a SMU alum could do.

Interesting. I suspect either alumni pressure or Patterson got a few recruits who told him they heard about it and didn't want to go there.

Probably told them if they violated team rules that they would have to move out of there.
