Last I heard they'll redshirt me so that I can put on a little size, weight, and talent.

Per NCAA rules, coaches cannot talk publicly about recruiting commitments. You'll have to wait until Rivals or Scout write something and get it from the player.
The secret is the coaches probably tell the web writers who it is and then pass the phone number to them, if the writers don't have it already.
Just FYI

That is what I was referring to. I checked both the Scout and Rival's sites. No name or even a mention of a new recruit. Still a secret.

If it is to a kid we have already offered, then the only outstanding East Texas offers are Pat Faulk from Kerens(which really is just outside of Corsicana) and Der'rikk Thompson of Troup both of which are strongly considering SMU. Thompson is Keylon Kincade's cousin-and probably the best guess.

JJ is just trying to determine which of the three boards can uncover the recruit first...wouldn't it be funny if it was our old "free board" Pony Fans.

my spies tell me (second hand source) that is a recruit that we are already counting but this is the "offical" commitment when they went to the house and "shook hands" as opposed to a telephone commitment - as i said a second hand source
