Once or twice every 100 years? What a dingy chick, it happened twice today. At 12:34:56 a.m. and 12:34:56 p.m.

Depends. If you go by military time, then it would only be once since midnight is consider zero hour.

True, but if you go by military time there is no such thing as a.m. and p.m., so clearly I was not going by military time. And I am not in the military.
