Brad Bean

Based on what I assume about Brad's character from the terrific story about him on this site, Brad wouldn't want special treatment, like a reserved spot outside the stadium. He walked-on at SMU, with the odds against him. He played defensive tackle at 240 (maybe) pounds against blockers who had almost 100 pounds on him, making the odds even longer against him. He came back from a horrific accident to play again, with the odds heavily against him.

How ironic that a young man of his character should suffer a fate that warrants a group of fans wanting to help him however we can. The QB at Florida State should have a long sit-down chat with Brad, who would teach that guy a lot about life.

Brad Bean Update...
Thanks you for all the kind heartfelt messages!
I had dinner with Brad last night, and printed
your messages, and gave them to him.....Each message was so special...
Coach Bennett, and Coach Fello have awarded Brad's hard work, and determination by appointing
Brad as a CA for the Stangs!
Brad will be traveling with the Team, and assist
in Coaching the Defense...
Thank you all again for your Kind Words and Support of Brad...He is exactly where he belongs
at SMU...surrounded by supportive Coaches, Professors, Fans and Friends!
