Kenneth Acker's offer list kind of reminds me of Sterling Moore's excepts Ackers is better. Ackers has 7 offers 3 of which are from D1A schools. Sterling had 5 offers all D1AA offers except 1 from Eastern Michigan and was headed to DiAA Hofstra before SMU offered him which made 6 offers. Sterling has done well for us and I think Kenneth will do good for us as well. If you have 5 offers or more from any type of colleges be it D1A or D1AA it means more than one coach believe you have good talent and can play. I have a feeling he will not redshirt.

I'm a huge duck fan, and go to Portland State actually. Although I've never seen him in person, I've seen Acker highlights and been hearing about him nonstop the last couple years. I have seen him play basketball, and he's not too shabby. EASILY the most exciting player I've ever seen in Oregon HS the last decade or so.

I'm shocked as hell why Oregon State didn't offer him.. He's gonna be a beast, although I really hope he plays offense somehow at SMU.

For the season he was named the Portland Interscholastic League Offensive AND Defensive Player of the Year.

Someone would actually choose to go there instead of coming to SMU on a full ride? That is probably one of the most bizarre things I have ever heard. Hope that QB thing works out for him, because it doesn't sound like he's all that bright.
