Texas has 13 commits now, so their class is getting pretty full. Recruits that didn't get an offer during their Junior Day today or were hoping for an offer at positions they are now full on will need to start looking around at other schools...I'm sure that the SMU coaches are on top of that.

the problem with UT selecting, not recruiting, is that it's going to make them Alabama's beeyotch (even if their classes are ranked similarly, really seems like Saban's evaluating better)

And five of them were at least considering us.

At least we aren't getting beat out by UL-Monroe for recruits.

Them, SFA and Texas State. Bennett was sweating out their junior days.

UT not inviting Spencer Drango to their junior day is big for us...he might be, as Stallion would call it, our Pied Piper recruit.

they have another Junior Days in 2 weeks but I haven't seen him listed on the list of attendees by major recruiting services. A lot of Texas fans seem to think he is visiting but I'm not sure he is at the top of the list.

I'm thinking I read somewhere that he hasn't been invited to their second JD. Things could change though.

I've seen a lot of analysis like this which seems to indicate that Drango will not get an offer from Texas.
Doyle, Cochran, Hutchins are in. Greanlea was never a possibility. Drago appears to be the odd man out. Flowers has an offer, and I think will eventually commit. Westerman is the one we want. Hegarty is still a slight possibility.

Certainly has seemed that way in recent years.
