Wouldn't bother me as long as he is producing! But we could have a problem, I have already seen people refer to June as the "Messiah" However I guess we could call the "marketing dept" the "Messiah" since they did such a wonderful job over the last 2 decades!

Best idea would be to outsource this to Cox BBA or MBA....have the business school pitch in $$$, give the kids real world experience....
