Padron had a tough day and didn't look real comfortable in the pocket. Not sure what the reson was, protection at times looked fine. Not sure if the WR weren't getting open or if Padron lacked confidence throwing into tighter windows than he is used to with the players in CUSA. I hope he bounces back next week and is not hampered by his injured hand.

You guys are idiots. If this is the worst game of Padron's short college career, than fine. He still helped put us in a position to be competitive. He's still got some learning to do, just give it time.

Padron is going to be very good. Tough game today, but he rallied late. I'm pretty confident he'll have some huge games

Ignoring the oh-so-classy name of the thread, this is idiotic. Padron had an off day, to be sure, and we still scared the hell out of Tech in their place. If you had told me we'd come out of there with an 8-point loss, I wouldn't have wanted it, but I would have been OK with it. We hung tough against a team with more size and speed and depth and talent on a day our quarterback would like to forget.
Bring on UAB.

hmmmm-
"Padron-take off your bra and panties" staying classy there...
the success rate with a line like that is, uh, nil with females or starting quarterbacks. If Padron has the worst game of his young career and still puts us in a position to tie with time running out in the 4th quarter, I would say he had the 'big-boy' pants on the whole time, and will adapt and overcome the next time he is pressed.
