Re: Baylor Basketball
The NCAA has yet to really put teeth in the AAU/NCAA/Academy pipelines. Yes, they've created the clearinghouse for the Academy students to try and make sure those are legit instead of diploma mills. But otherwise, the AAU gets a pass. The problem is that the AAU coaches are the ones that recruit these kids, help these kids, and then can broker these kids. HS coaches are simply pawns. If a HS coach doesn't toe the line, the parents move to another school district at the direction of the AAU coach, or suddenly the kid goes to a "private school" that is a basketball mill. There's plenty of smoke there, hopefully the NCAA will find some fire in the basement of the Baylor basketball program.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

I disagree. Hopefully there is smoke but no fire. I don't wish ill upon Baylor just because they've been successful. Doesn't look good though, no?
Re: Baylor Basketball
I dislike everything about Baylor, and I refuse to believe great players in any sport (with the exception of those who are considering a future in the Baptist church) would choose to live in Waco over any other college town in the country.
