so students get all next week off? i don't recall that happening when i was in school.

They don't. School got rid of Fall Break for a year or two and gave students the full week off. People whined, so now there's Fall Break again and Thanksgiving week they get Wednesday, Thursday, Friday off.

not technically, but i usually took the whole week off.

Not having Fall Break my Junior year was miserable. I'd rather have those two days off and less days off for Thanksgiving.

Gee we didn't have a fall break, but profs looked the other way at Thanksgiving if you left on Tuesday.

Yeah I just usually took time off when I wanted it anyways. Worked out fine but then again I'm a Dedman graduate.

we had fall break my freshman year. they got rid of it after that. rumor has it that it started back up the year after i graduated.
