Sounds like a slightly shorter version of Bryan McCann but with the same speed.

Judging from the video on YouTube, this guy gets my vote as the player most likely to have an impact early next year. If he is anything close to his highlights, I don't see how he's not returning kicks and/or punts next season. The kid has explosive speed and can make moves at top speed without losing a step.
I'm not sure if he can pick up the nuances of the D as fast as special teams, but he can sure hit.
