Its amazing to me how much progress this team has made THIS season. We squeaked out wins against schools that no one has ever heard of and now we're winning against legit CUSA programs like Memphis and Southern Miss. When did the light come on?

Never underestimate the benefits of having to practice against people at your talent level or better.....Mangrum has been a really nice addition - hope he doesn't take a seat at the end of the bench now that Pats is eligible...............

No question about the practices....Pats didn't get to practice with the team until late and won't unseat Mangrum who is totally in tune with what is going on. Mangrum was an unbelievable pick up and had no idea he could fit in like this..a scrappy player.
I would love to catch a Mens practice or two.

Not so. Up until a few weeks ago, this team was killing me.

Mangrum has been great. He does a number of things well, and he team is definitely better for it. I am just impressed with the improvement in the team play as a whole from the start of this season to know. I have had and still have many questions about Doh, but I have to give him credit for getting the team from where they were against UALR to the last away game against Tulsa. Be it him, be it the coaching staff, be it the administration, it's still a noticeable difference.

And student attendance makes the atmosphere much better.
