USUALLY stars are a function of offers

but these days schools are offering before services have had time to rate kids-which is exactly opposite of how this used to work

And that process is taking on a life of its own as 2013 and 2014 kids are now getting offered. I read about that Celina OL Jake Raulerson, 2013, who has about 12 (?) offers.

Colleges are offering earlier and earlier. Some call it "The Mack Brown Effect."
