How good is Taylor Thompson?

In the 3/4 defense Hunt and Frazier are also drawing doubles on most plays. Because this defense is designed for the line backers to make all the tackles it is difficult for Thompson, Frazier and Hunt to make many tackles and get sacks. I was relegated to listening to the radio broadcast for the last 2 games and Hunt's name was mentioned only on the blocked kicks and I heard Frazier and Thompson's name no more than 3 times in either game. At the same time the announcers, particularly in the second half of the UTEP game, constantly mentioned excellent defensive pressure. It is tough to really appreciate their effectiveness.
