No doubt. Look at ttu and tcu last year. Darius was making some good plays late in the season too. What I saw at tcu was Darius, and the rest of the WRs making nice little adjustments, much better than in a long while. Maybe those "aha" moments are here. Way to go Darius, way to go SMU!!

We could have run the clock down to about 10 seconds and it would have kept them from their score just before half time. We still have some learning to do but I think that was a lesson he will remember.
that was definitely frustrating to not stay in bounds. They should have never gotten their 3 pts before half.
I really like how he's going up and getting the balls lately - he's only a Junior so by next year, I do expect him to be like AR/ES type with consistency.

That's such a back handed compliment. When the defense we play each week actually gives him a chance to catch a ball thrown in stride, they will be there. He caught them and made the plays when they counted and the QB made the throws to win the game....nuff said. Accurate enough to be 4-0 as a starter is pretty good.
Big Hoss is accurate in his observations and they are not back handed complements. If you hit a receiver in stride he has a chance to make additional yardage and big plays. Simply catching the ball with no chance of advancement is good, but is only part of the equasion.
