Nice! RT @BryanDFischer: RT @IDS_BroncoBeat: Gary Patterson just ripped the Conference USA officials in SMU game. "Right now I understand why I left Conference USA."
Fatterson is unbelievable. Looking for a video or article.
and while we are fishing for bulletin board material, does anyone remember when Patterson made the infamous "it's their super bowl" comment? As it the 2008 game? 2009? Halftime or post game press conference? I'd be very grateful if someone had that quote or could post an article discussing it. I heard it on TV/YouTube but now can't find it.

Just when you think he couldn't be more of a narcissistic jerk.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security
I'm beginning to think that man is incapable of accepting blame or responsibility for anything. If it isn't his assistant coaches, it's his doctor keeping a player out, if it's not that, it's his offensive coordinator, if it isn't that, his secondary is to blame by calling out names, but if it isn't any of that, it's either because it's the other team's super bowl, or the officiating screwed us.
"I have the names of those refs. They won't ever come back into this stadium ever again."
"Oh, and as far as SMU getting help from us as far as conference stuff goes they can forget that."
"Our athletic director - Chris Del Conte might help them....but not me. Not Gary Patterson."
"June Jones can talk all he wants to. Truth is, he is 1-8 against us. So he can say we haven't changed but you know what? He hasn't changed either."
"We've helped SMU a lot. We've had guys over there helping with their stadium and telling them how to do things. Well, from now on, expect no more help from us. I now understand why our older alums feel the way they do about that program."
"Those refs are why I'm glad we left CUSA."
"The head of CUSA was supposed to make a statement about the officiating of that game.....but I haven't heard anything...so I'm doing it myself."
"It's not sour grapes. If we win that game, I'm still making these comments - even when we lost that one year and their coach said "TC-WHO" you didn't hear anything from me."
