It's obvious; this news means Notre Dame & SMU will become the 13 & 14 members of the Big 10.

conference food chain has always been this way. Remember the last time Big east was supposed to be DOA when they lost BC, VA Tech, Miami? They chose CUSA programs and now those former CUSA guys are big time - Cincy, Ville, USF.

Big East may or may not die, but it will be known as the BIGMWCUSA Conference.
