Now he is just outright lying. Nothing on the front page says the entire process is on hold, nor does it say the deal is not likely.

When questioned on posting subscriber information your response was that it (a hold) was on the front page. So you either are misinforming or giving away subscriber information. Stop doing both.

Sorry. I thought it was vague enough. Hell the front page says DEVASTATING NEWS. it's just linked to the wrong story. However the news is quite alarming to say the least.
