They have a desire to be good at FB? When did this happen?

Yeah, there's a large amount of evidence that suggests otherwise.

If you watched the memphis game on FSSW, they mentioned that Memphis has an NFL alumni and he contributed capital to build a nice new athletic center to help with recruiting.

Just remember the last HC of Memphis pleading with the alumni and fans to at least try and support the team for the next guy. Glad they are finally moving in the right direction. If they actually get serious, would be a great add. Will take more than one alumni. It took 10 big ones at SMU just to get June.

Lets see, Bill Cosby is a Temple alum, and Marshall Faulk is an Aztec alum. I'll go with the latter.

Try the wrong part of Philly...North Philly, a place you don't want to be when the sun goes down.

Have you seen where USC is located in LA? Location hasn't hurt them much.

DeAngelo Williams donated 875K to the football program to redo the weight training room. Nice gift, but no, that doesn't mean suddenly they're trying to do diddly in football. SMU has raised, what, 45 times that much over the last year strictly for revenue sports.

If Slocum really had the stones, he would:

Friday: March straight to FedEx and demand donations to...
Saturday Night: Fire Larry Porter after he loses again
Sunday Morning: Hire Mike Leach
Monday Morning: Announce the construction of a new IPF
Tuesday Morning: Call BE Commish and demand in.
