I was in that monsoon at Navy in 2008, they did not throw a single pass in their 34-7 victory.

may have been the most miserable game conditions I've ever sat through...I actually let those I traveled with talk me into leaving mid way through the 4th quarter

The 2008 game was far worse, I don't think they even attempted a single pass. At least this weekend they did throw several times (1 interception, 1 incomplete, and 1 BS pass interference that was 8 yards out of bounds - so didn't count as an attempt b/c of penalty)
