Agreed. I don't want to see any scenario play out where the Toads land in a BCS bowl. Though, if Houston only has one loss, do they fall below a two loss TCU?
It doesn't matter. The autobid for non-AQ schools can only go to conference champions and Houston can't win Conference USA by losing either of their remaining two games.
Fun Fact: Tulsa has lost three games this year, but all three were to teams that have been ranked inside the Top 10 all year (Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Boise State).

Rooting for Houston only for our BE AQ points, Tulsa should win though since Houston has played garbage and sadly we were one of the best they played.

Same here. I hope the Hurricanes beat the crap out of Houston to end this "Houston to BCS bowl" and "Case for Heisman" nonsense.

yeah, and take BCS points from our future conference that we'll need when the BCS contract is up.
Take away the CUSA division of the BCS money that comes from a conference mate playing in a BCS game. let's let TCU have that.
don't be so short sighted. it's doesn't mean i like UH, it means i like SMU and want what's best for OUR SCHOOL.

#SMU DC Tom Mason on if his D ended the Case Keenum Heisman talk: "Oh yes." With pressure, Keenum only completed 30% of his passes on Sat.

An SMU VP told me on Sunday, "We're Houston fans now."
Very real chance of a loss here. Tulsa and Houston played SMU similarly at home. If UH loses then TCU gets the BCS shot becuause they will be a higher ranked conference winner.
Beat Rice! Hawaii or TicketCity (vs. Big 10) would be cool.

Go cougar high. I really can't stand them but have much more animosity toward the 'toad turds' and don't want to see them in another bcs bowl. In addition, cougar high is a future BE conference mate. Obviously we can't include tiny tulsa in that conversation.
GO PONIES!!!

Big East deserpately needs those BCS points-the BE's BCS qualification will be revisted in coming years. There is a direct benefit to SMU for UH to get to and win a BCS Bowl. There is also an imperative that non-BCS schools and the BE show they can compete on a national stage. Thank you Boise, TCU and Utah. A few more Hawaii's in the Sugar Bowl and the voters never vote less recognized schools that high again. We are lucky as hell those schools proved smaller schools can compete.

Root for Houston. Who do you hate more UH or TCU. Go Coogs. Keep the toads out of the BCS. Boise plays 2 hard games on their chicken crap of a schedule and loses the home game.

who do you love more? SMU? or anyone else? we need the BCS points in our new conf, and we need the $$$$$. TCU not making it is consolation prize. our share of that BCS money is about the same as an entire Morgan Campaign effort. that's a lot. basically a years worth of carry for the program.
