Laken Litman
Kyle Padron (herniated disc) hasn't been at prac for about a month. He'll likely apply for med RS, which means in 2 yrs, SMU will have 6 QBs

How many QBs have we had in the last 20 years that transferred or graduated as "bad" QBs who ended up sucessful elsewhere or in the NFL? 4?

Poor-ass coaching. How many QB recruits realize Jones isn't the Qb guru he's painted to be. In fact, this guy needs a make-over big time. His Qb coach is a high school retread from the high school ranks in Hawaii.

Stallion is right. But again, the popular misconception that our head coach and qb and wr coaches are great evaluators and teachers is a myth. Why else would 7 Bennett recruits or commits still be starting on offense for SMU after 4 years of being able to recruit your "own" players to fit your system! Amazing! The hotbed of recruiting in the nation and we haven't been able to recruit offensive players. So is it the Texas talent is too dumb to run this offense(although qbs from TX high schools are doing it around the nation including Heisman candidates Keenum from class 3A Ab Wylie, Luck, RG3, Darin Thomas at Oregon, etc

Qbs across the nation are running the Spread, not the Run and Shoot. The spread is a pre-snap read. You know where you are going with the ball. The RNS is a post snap read. The QB and the WR must read the same thing for it to be successful. Too often, the receivers don't read the db/lb and causes the QB to hold the ball or throw where they aint. Sometimes it makes you wonder if 18-22 year olds can pick it up as quickly as they have to. Obviously not. However, I do agree with you about Jones' recruits vs Bennett's, and it is surprising.

She's just not very good. Never any facts to support her case. Another reason not to subscribe.
