I'd like to see him replace Bevo with the geldings, or maybe 2 UT students dressed as cows could ride the geldings and they could be part of a herd.

No way this happens. Jones is not a hot commodity right now. SMU was horrible In the 2nd half of the season. And UT will hire someone who has proven he is capable of winning at the BCS level and not someone with an offense that hasn't been tested to be successful against high level opponents. Jones is just too much of a risk for them.
