Just seems like too much smoke in this case. Get the feeling the wheels are in motion and JJ probably had a good idea of his chances prior to this wknd. That's the only way I can rationalize JJ taking hostage of our biggest recruiting wknd in years.

1. Seriously doubt he leaves.

2. He's not sticking it in our face, or anything like that. He's a coach, and a good coach, and coaches get offered jobs. If offered a job they want, such offers sometimes include a "take it or leave it" mandate. If someone offers me a job for a lot more money, I'll listen, too. I'm not saying ASU has offered more money, or even offered him the job at all, but if that's the case, I can't blame him for listening.

3. Seriously doubt he leaves.

This is all going to turn out to be false. JJ is not going anywhere.

Time to move on. SO deserves a raise since he has been working overtime on conference affiliations and now the Hawaiian diva

Deserves a raise? I trust you said that with your tongue surgically implanted in your cheek.

No problems with ASU offering if they want to but ASU fans are going to be hot. And that is putting it lightly.

All you embrace CUSA idiots, this is why we need to go to a better conference and continue. Once you have a big name coach that has turned around a team, every big team that unsuccessful will take it easy. Having money doesnt solve anything, reputation is big which CUSA and MWC have none.

If this happens JJ and company will have more pressure than they would have ever imagined, especially after the ASU AD is fired.
