Overwhelmingly Friday night is the most desired choice, so Friday night it will be. Please share this idea with anyone you think would be interested. I will try to make SMU the pick-up point so students could easily go too. Students?

Yeah, I'd still like to set this up if there is enough interest. I need a minimum 20 additional people to fill a small bus. Students, recent grads, this would be a great, cheap way to go to Birmingham but 1) not miss any work 2) get there and back without having to spend a night in a hotel.

Subtracting the people already committed, how much $$ do you need for the bus to go?

I thought the chartered bus was dead in the water, so count me out now. The wife and I are roadtripping it. We have a rental car reserved (priceline is the way to go on that).

My suggestion would be to post something on your blog and point everyone to that site / trip with specifics through here and twitter, how to sign up and details. #smu #dailycampus #smumustangs
