Got my call from an Indian guy, couldn't understand his name, but said they appreciated my contribution and to have a good night, a happy holiday, and hung up. Joked to my wife they outsourced their fundraising effort to India... (Not that that's a bad thing, just a little weird).

Guess I didn't donate enough to get a real athlete to call me

Got a call from a young lady on the volleyball team. Poor gal was so scared that she read a prepared script so fast that I could barely understand her. Only the phone call identification of SMU which popped up on my TV screen gave me a clue as to what was happening. At any rate, I did appreciate the call even though I never really had the chance to congratulate her on the success of the volleyball team this year as she was so anxious and relieved to get done.

ha. When I make my Morgan campaign calls, I doubt I do any better.

I recieved a call from Bryan Collins. He was a very a polite , humble young man who seemed genuinely appreciative of my support of SMU. He is also very aware of the value of the degree(BBA) he will soon recieve from SMU. The call was a breathe of fresh air after the stench this weekend caused by the JJ "soap opera". Neat Kid !!

My call came from a very nice women's track member. I said I guess you know Coach Dave Wollman? She laughed and said yes of course that's my coach. Then I said he discovered Marguis Hunt and she agreed while giggling and said he's BIG and funny! She then thanked me for the support of the Mustang Club. I thought it was a nice touch.

Just talked to the great Akil Simpson from women's basketball. She said the whole team is there tonight, so don't be surprised to hear from one of them tonight.
