It sounds like his family made a level-headed decision about SMU and not just a coaching staff like a lot of kids do. That said, he's going to have a lot of time to re-consider now that June left. He's going to have to really like the next coaching staff brought in, but i'd say there's a decent chance he keeps his commitment. I bet Gilbert follows June though
Possibly, but ASU wont be happy losing their starting QB. Im hoping GG will stay, reasons he will: its texas, he will have a great chance to show ability in CUSA. If we get the right coach we will be okay.

Maybe the Rivals sub is worth it. Amid all the b.s. and bad news there is one really great report

For only 8$ a month you could get the direct quotes from his Dad and from Eddie and other recruits and COC members....two beers a month you don't buy, for good timely information. Just sayin...ESPECIALLY during these active recruiting months ahead...its the best to be a member.

You are correct.
Everyone needs to step away from the ledge and see how this shakes out.
Didnt I see that on Jerry Maquire?

he's got plenty of time before he has to sign that LOI; the good news is that he's seen SMU and knows what SMU and Dallas have to offer. I would expect that whoever the coach might be will be glad to have him, but Feb 2013 is a long ways off
